I’ve been working in data roles for nearly 20 years and I have experienced first-hand the frustrations of trying to converse with stakeholders of various levels of seniority in the organisations I’ve worked with. And yet I know that learning how to do this has been the difference in seeing my work being used and making a difference; truly driving action for the benefit of the business. All of this has contributed to the growth and progression I’ve experienced. 


Because I know how important the art of influence is, I want to share what I’ve learnt from the perspective of an analyst AND that of a manager. This isn’t like a book you’ll be picking up, having some ah-ha moments but nothing changes. This is a course which is designed to shift your perspective and start changing the way you approach your data work so that you move from feeling frustrated to feeling empowered.
